Christy is a dynamic, innovative, and motivated leader. She loves people and strongly believes that success is a team sport. Recruiting, hiring, and developing the right people is a cornerstone of her success. Her focus is patient centric, ensuring we consistently deliver extraordinary experiences that exceed expectations.    

She graduated from the IU Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Business Management. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and assisted with the launch of two successful start-ups in the field of mass customization, honing her skills as a leader and innovator. She is passionate about health, wellness and self-care. Christy transitioned to AOB after working as the District Manager for Life Time's LifeSpa division in the Mountain Region.

In her spare time, Christy loves staying active with outdoor adventures on the water or in the mountains. She also loves to travel and experience other cultures and hang out with her dog Jack
